• Can manipulate the air around her during dancing by pushing it in favorable directions, leading to more seamless leaps, jumps, and spins during her routines. Chito can currently only keep this up for about 30 seconds, so she saves this for the hardest parts of her routines.
• By circulating the oxygen around her target, she can accelerate healing with oxygen therapy. 
• Breathing underwater by manipulating the oxygen and water into forming small air bubbles around her nostrils. Requires a fair amount of concentration, but this is a useless ability considering Chito avoids large bodies of water like the plague
• With Bleu's power, she can create water with healing properties. Quantity and quality all depend on how much time she is given to create it- Currently, not too impressive.

Personality:

Chito was born to an upper-middle class family of four in the northeastern United States. The most of her childhood was spent being self-conscious but well-loved by her parents and doting older brother, Ezra. Despite this, she publicly ignored him in hopes of looking cooler to her peers, since Ezra was a bit of an outsider. Though kind, he had an overactive imagination and would often go on sailing adventures.

An unfortunate event occurred during one particular sailing outing, and Ezra never returned. He was only 15. Chito was 12. It absoultely ruined her. 

The only questionably positive thing that came from this period is Bleu- an entity who emerged from the fog sitting over the cape. It sat through Chito's tears and didn't ask probing questions like everyone else around her. She had no idea why it stuck around, but was nonetheless grateful enough to form a temporary pactum with it. With the addition of human emotions, Bleu became Chito's best friend. Through her request, it was 3 months after Ezra's passing that she was sent overseas to Concordia College with Bleu in tow. She wanted to get away from living on the waterfront of the bay that...you know. 

Through this mourning period over the next year, Bleu was always at her side (much like a good dog). The two mostly stuck to themselves through her school years, with the occasional date or passing outside friendship. Chito considered it too much effort to open up to her peers, to have them understand her when Bleu already existed. Still, she's never shaken her need to fit in and be on trend.

Now on the verge of graduating, Chito plans to stick around for graduate school and study the properties of oxygen to aid her healing magic. After several years, Bleu has recently grown from Tier 2 to Tier 3 and can now sustain a human form. To forever keep him at her side, she's formed a permanent contract in exchange for acting as his conscience. Since the pact, Chito's found herself crankier. She isn't sure if this is due to being more tired, or perhaps this new weight of responsibility upon her shoulders...

• Her natural hair color is dark brown! Very fashion forward, this one.
• Has been dancing ballet since she was 4 and is quite passionate about it. She knows a few ballroom dances too, and loves dancing with others.
• Has very little knowledge of British culture and good golly does it show
• Terrified of the ocean.
• Tends to stay away from cheerful and optimistic students, as they remind her too much of her brother. Avoids fairy tales as well.
