Specialties: (with Chito's oxy manipulation )

• Gills: Breathing underwater! Bleu has both gills and lungs, so he has no problem breathing on land or in the sea- he just breathes really, really loudly at all times due to having both organs. Also tends to cough a lot. But he's getting better!
• Water Spout: Capable of creating small water tornadoes by manipulating the air and water. Size increases by 1.5 if the spout is conjured on water. (Current limit: 8 ft tall/2 ft diameter) 
• Carry the Torch: If Bleu can find an object large and flammable enough, he can bring excess amounts of oxygen to it and ignite it. With a water spout that has thin enough sheets of water spiraling around, he can carry the ignited object in the eye without putting it out. (It's kinda like the gale boomerang from LoZ: Twilight Princess but it's water instead of air lmAO) Pretty situational.
• B&E: Can bust through metals by oxidizing them and then using powerful cannon blasts of water to break through. Can be a timely process, depending on the size of the metal. (His current limit: 6x6 sheet of steel, few inches thick. Tougher metals such as aluminum will take considerate amounts of effort and time to corrode.)

For an entity, Bleu is awfully social- though for someone who's spent the past 6 years practically isolated after spending the previous 300 or so in a pack of other fishies, it isn't really surprising. Now that he has a chance to interact with humans up close, nothing is off the table in terms of questions, and he adores when humans return the favor and ask about him. However, these Q&A sessions aren't enough to quench his curiosity- he does a lot of eavesdropping in his spare time. Student gossip is his favorite white noise.

Though he certainly has a fascination for humans, he isn't really sure how to express himself around them properly, so he keeps a neutral disposition. At times, being a neutral party makes him indifferent to both the joys and struggles of others, as Bleu's philosophy is to accept all feelings as experiences, fear none, and instead focus on the intensity of them. Due to his species' unique perspective of viewing human emotions as sustenance, Bleu still struggles on the sympathetic front when it comes to relating to humans- his own emotions still confuse him at times.

Still learning the ropes of being a human, he is both open-minded and gullible. At times, he is frustrated by just how much there is to learn, like a 40 year old sitting in a high school classroom. While on the calmer end of the spectrum, his patience short circuits and his competitive side is drawn out in the face of condescension- being 300+ years old should garner some kind of respect, after all. 

It isn't difficult to get him to try new things, and as a result he makes a fool out of himself...a lot. He doesn't seem to care much, though. But at least he won't judge you back unlike some people, right??
